Static .NET decompressor

Input file can be either a binary file or a .NET assembly;
if is a .NET assembly will try to decompress all resource stream and if decompression is ok will save them to a file.

Suportted decompressions:
- QuickLZ
- ZIP
- Aced
- LZMA



New:
- added automaticaly search for LZMA/ZIP stream (Detect LZMA and Detect ZIP checkbox);
- added rename to original file name (for .NET assemblies);
