Since the Macrovision Corp. turned into Rovi Corporation and discontinued
development of SafeDisc/SafeCast DRM's, we have decided to make this old
tool public (after some adjustments).
This tool bypasses checks like cd/dvd valIDAtion, trial, online-activation (for
beta games), execution-count and of course silent cd/dvd check (so you should
be able to play The Sims 2 as well).
How to use it? There are three ways:

Way 1) Run "SDLoader.exe" and select protected executable.
Way 2) Make a shortcut to the "SDLoader.exe" and add the path to the protected
executable to the parameter line (Without " quotes! Doesn't matter if
the path has some space-bars).
For example: "D:\Loader\SDLoader.exe" c:\Program Files\Game X\Game.exe
Way 3) Add "SDLoader.dll" (without quotes) to the AppInit_DLLs by:
- Using our included "SDLoader_AppInitDLLs_Setup.reg"
- Manually regedit:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs
NOTE: Windows Vista & 7 users must create "LoadAppInit_Dlls" value and
set it to 1.
After doing the necessary registry adjustments, you may either:
- Copy "SDLoader.dll" to the "%WINDOWS%\System32" to make all the games
skip DRM automatically.
- Copy "SDLoader.dll" to all game folders of your choice
