AutoRelocFixer is a simple tool that finds possible relocation
sections and allows you to change the current relocation directory.

The algorithm to find the relocation directory size was done by
KillBoy/SND (https://forum.tuts4you.com/blog/4/entry-42-getrelocsize/)
