Your web browser seems to be running as Administrator account with elevated privileges. IDM has no sufficient access rights to show Download Panel inside its windows (error code 5).
If you run the browser using "Run as administrator" menu item, please close it and run again normally.
Maybe you have "Run this program as an administrator" box checked on the Windows file properties dialog of the browser's executable file or the shortcut. If this is the case, please uncheck it. Also you need to remove the compatibility mode with previous versions of Windows if there is one enabled.
Please restart the browser after making these changes.
