Fixed patch of OllyDbg's FPU bug (added 2nd method).

Improved exception handler.

Fixed a few bugs in driver.

Added exception handling for exceptions from RaiseException.

Added logging of information about handled exceptions

Fixed bug with NtSetInformationThread in driver.

Fixed bug with int 2d.

Fixed bug with "single-step".

Completely rewritten exception handler.

Fixed bug with "protect DRx" feature.

Fixed bug with BlockInput on Windows 2000.
