pycharm上pygsm这个库安装不了，其他库都能正常安装

pycharm上pygsm这个库安装不了，其他库都能正常安装，只有这个库和pygdsm这个库安装不了，是这个库本身的原因吗，还是因为别的啥

大概率环境问题，在python3.8环境下， pygdsm -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
windows会显示 --- ERROR: Failed building wheel for healpy
Failed to build healpy
ERROR: Could not build wheels for healpy, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

linux下面直接安装成功

pip install pygdsm -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

先在在IDEA的终端选项里输入pip install wheel，这样你才能去下载whl压缩格式的pygame
然后在IDEA的终端选项里面输入：pip install pygame-1.9.3-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl
然后import键入pygame就可以了

你开了全局代{过}{滤}理吧，pip install的时候不能用这个，会导致ssl证书报错无法下载
